Booking Guidelines
Reserving Your Day

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date along with a signed contract. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance.​

If you have not purchased The Looking Glass experience, Trial totals are due on day of trial.​
​

In the event of a cancellation, the retainer will not be refunded.​
​

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require payment of the full contracted amount, as this time has been reserved specifically for your wedding date and is unlikely to be rebooked.​​​

For high-demand dates and travel bookings, a $150–$200 (instead of the standard $100) retainer may be required and may not be applied toward the final balance. These bookings often involve additional coordination, extended timelines, and increased team support to ensure a seamless experience. As a result, Concept Salon may adjust booking requirements for peak dates or extended travel, including minimums, pricing, and team structure. All details will be outlined at time of booking.

On-location services are available throughout Greensboro and surrounding areas.​

Travel within approximately 25 miles is included.

$100 Fee Per Artist is applied to all distance traveled over 25 miles

Travel exceeding 150 miles may require hotel or flight accommodations to be arranged by the client
Unforseen Circumstances
In the event of illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide a replacement artist.

If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be issued for any services not completed. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Service Adjustments

All changes to services or party size must be made at least 14 days prior to your event.​

Reductions made after this time will be honored but will not change the total contracted amount due.
Destination Weddings
While primarily based in North Carolina, we are open to select destination opportunities.

Travel bookings require additional planning and are customized based on location, timeline, and overall service needs.

Our Wedding Team
Concept Salon’s wedding team is led by Ashlyn Noto, a makeup artist with over 20 years of experience across weddings, fashion, and editorial work, including Paris Fashion Week. She brings a strong sense of organization and leadership to each wedding, guiding the team with a cohesive vision to ensure every detail feels considered and aligned.

The team also includes Kris Parrish, whose 40+ years in the industry began with a scholarship to cosmetology school for her work in bridal styling. Her career has spanned salon ownership, education, and backstage work at New York international hair shows, bringing a calm and experienced presence to wedding mornings.
​
Supporting the team are artists including Caroline Cartier, Shelby Turner, and Juliana Bellucco, who collectively bring over 15 years of experience in bridal styling. Each approaches their work with a thoughtful, detail-driven perspective, blending technical skill with a natural, modern finish.

Depending on your party size and timeline, services may be thoughtfully assigned to one or more artists to ensure a seamless, well-paced experience.

If you have a specific artist in mind, we recommend noting this at the time of inquiry. While we always do our best to accommodate requests, availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed at booking.
