Booking Guidelines
Reserving Your Day

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date along with a signed contract. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance.​

If you have not purchased The Looking Glass experience, Trial totals are due on day of trial.​
​

In the event of a cancellation, the retainer will not be refunded.​
​

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require payment of the full contracted amount, as this time has been reserved specifically for your wedding date and is unlikely to be rebooked.​​​

For high-demand dates and travel bookings, a $150–$200 (instead of the standard $100) retainer may be required and may not be applied toward the final balance. These bookings often involve additional coordination, extended timelines, and increased team support to ensure a seamless experience. As a result, Concept Salon may adjust booking requirements for peak dates or extended travel, including minimums, pricing, and team structure. All details will be outlined at time of booking.

On-location services are available throughout Greensboro and surrounding areas.​

Travel within approximately 25 miles is included.

$100 Fee Per Artist is applied to all distance traveled over 25 miles

Travel exceeding 150 miles may require hotel or flight accommodations to be arranged by the client
Unforseen Circumstances
In the event of illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide a replacement artist.

If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be issued for any services not completed. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Service Adjustments

All changes to services or party size must be made at least 14 days prior to your event.​

Reductions made after this time will be honored but will not change the total contracted amount due.
Destination Weddings
While primarily based in North Carolina, we are open to select destination opportunities.

Travel bookings require additional planning and are customized based on location, timeline, and overall service needs.

Ashlyn brings over 20 years of makeup experience spanning bridal, fashion, and editorial work, including Paris Fashion Week. Her work has been published locally, nationally, and internationally. She brings that creative perspective to bridal beauty, creating personalized looks with attention to comfort, photography, and lasting wear.
Kris Parrish | Master Hairstylist + Bridal Specialist
Kris brings more than 40 years of industry experience spanning bridal styling, salon ownership, education, and backstage work at international hair shows in New York. Her extensive technical knowledge and thoughtful approach help brides find a style that feels like them.
Caroline Cartier | Master Bridal Hair Specialist
Caroline brings a decade of wedding styling experience and a longstanding creative collaboration with Ashlyn and Concept Salon. Her work focuses on romantic, polished hairstyles, with attention to shape, detail, and lasting hold. She works with brides to develop a style that complements their features, dress, and wedding vision.
Shelby Turner & Juliana Bellucco | Hairstylists
Shelby and Juliana each bring their own creative perspective and styling skills to our bridal services. They work with brides and wedding parties to create hairstyles that reflect individual preferences while complementing the overall wedding aesthetic.

Alongside our salon artists, we collaborate with independent freelance makeup artists to provide additional bridal and wedding-party makeup services.

Your Wedding-Day Team
Each wedding is booked with its own artist lineup based on the services requested, party size, getting-ready location, timeline, and artist availability. You may work with a hair and makeup duo or a larger group of artists, while other members of our team serve separate weddings.

Ashlyn serves as Concept Salon’s lead makeup artist, though she and every artist listed above are not present at every booking. Your assigned artists will be confirmed as part of the booking process. If you have someone specific in mind, please mention their name in your inquiry so we can check availability.
