Cancellation Policy |  Concept Salon

At Concept Salon, every appointment is reserved with intention. Our time is dedicated exclusively to each guest, and we value the mutual respect that allows our salon to run seamlessly.

Why This Policy Exists

As a commission-based salon, our stylists earn their income by serving clients during scheduled appointment times. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, that time cannot always be filled, resulting in a direct loss of income. This policy is in place to protect our team, honor our time, and ensure availability for all guests seeking appointments.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit card is required to reserve all chemical services, including but not limited to color, blonding, balayage, keratin treatments, and extensions.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Charges will only be applied in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. For services scheduled over 3 Hours a 36-hour notice is required.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total

  • No-show appointments will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s)

  • Services exceeding 3 hours (including bridal services, large color appointments, and color corrections) may require extended notice beyond 24 hours, which will be communicated at the time of booking

This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time available. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled. Full or partial service charges may still apply.

Grace & Consideration

We understand that unexpected situations arise, including illness, emergencies, and careers that require on-call availability.

If you work in a profession with unpredictable scheduling (such as healthcare or emergency services), please inform us in advance. We are happy to note your account and do our best to accommodate when possible.

While we strive to extend grace when appropriate, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in stricter enforcement of this policy or limitations on future booking privileges.

Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with Concept Salon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. Concept Salon reserves the right to charge the card on file in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
