Caroline Cartier

Caroline is a licensed cosmetologist and graduate of the Aveda Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with over 10 years of experience in wedding hair artistry. For the past six and a half years, she has been a key part of the team at Concept Salon, known for her attention to detail and calm, steady presence on wedding mornings.

She began pursuing event hair early in her career, training with LeJeune Studios, a Disney World preferred hair and makeup vendor, and later continuing her education at Kristina Gasperas Studios in London under renowned bridal hairstylist Lena Bogucharskaya. Her work has earned recognition among WeddingWire’s Top 10 Hair and Makeup Artists in the Raleigh/Triangle area and has been featured in both regional and national publications.

Caroline’s style leans romantic and polished, with an emphasis on soft structure and longevity, hair that looks effortless but is built to last. She has a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to create looks that feel both elevated and wearable.

In addition to her bridal work, Caroline is the owner of Elowen Head Spa, a quiet, restorative space within Concept Salon. The experience reflects her love for organic, sustainable products and a more intentional approach to hair and scalp care, blending relaxation with results in a way that feels both elevated and grounding.
