Juliana Bellucco

Juliana Bellucco is a hairstylist at Concept Salon whose foundation in the beauty industry began long before her professional career. Originally from Long Island, New York, she moved to North Carolina at a young age and was raised in a family of cosmetologists, where her early exposure to salon life sparked a lasting passion for hair.

By the age of 13, Juliana was already assisting with fashion shows and immersing herself in the artistry of the industry. At just 15, she began assisting with weddings and quickly developed a strong appreciation for both the creative and technical aspects of hairstyling—earning the Most Creative Award at Greensboro’s Big Hair Ball at an early stage in her career. After graduating high school, she continued her education at the Aisling Institute in Kernersville before officially joining the Concept Salon team.

Now with over six years of hands-on experience, Juliana is known for her versatility and refined, detail-oriented approach. She is especially drawn to lived-in color and blonding, as well as precision men’s cutting, where her appreciation for technical structure is evident. As someone with naturally curly hair, she also understands the importance of proper cutting techniques and realistic, sustainable maintenance for textured hair.

Despite her years, Juliana carries a level of confidence and composure behind the chair that immediately puts clients at ease. With a naturally calm and grounded presence, she creates an experience that feels both elevated and approachable—ensuring every client leaves feeling considered, comfortable, and confident in their look.
